About operation during holiday sesason
Due to public holidays in Lithuania during the Christmas and New Year period on December 24th, 25th, 26th and January 1st, our customers will be not served through any communication channels these days (email, phone).
Credit transfers will be handled:
- SEPA Instant transfers in euros to and from other banks that are connected to the instant payments system will proceed as usual 24/7/365.
- Please note that December 25th (Christmas Day), 26th (Christmas Holiday) of 2024 and January 1st (New Year's Day) of 2025 are non-working days in the European Banking Association clearing system, therefore Contomobile UAB will not perform SEPA transfers on these days. SEPA payments submitted on December 24th after 4 p.m. will be processed on December 27th, and SEPA payments submitted on December 31st after 4 p.m. will be processed on January 2nd.
